Hey Hey! I'm Gaia, the founder of The Shapes Of.

I'm thrilled to share the story with you of (not just) a clothing brand devoted to shaping science into wearable art and supporting the next generation of scientists.

A few years back, I joined a research program where I quickly found out the ups and downs of life as a scientist: the race for results, the never-ending scramble for funding… just to name a few.

Living the researcher's life firsthand made me realised that the passion and dedication scientists pour into their work deserve more support.

That’s when I started thinking outside the box about how to bring science closer to the public and generate some much-needed financial support.

(Well, the thinking process took me longer than expected..)

I imagined scientific concepts shaped into wearable designs, seamlessly woven into unique pieces making science a part of our daily life.

Each garment becomes more than just clothing; it’s a conversation starter, a way for people to wear their curiosity and spark wonder wherever they go.

And what about the financial support? Well, a portion of the profits for every item sold is allocated to funding for young researchers. So, each purchase isn’t just an outfit, it’s an investment in the future of science.
