We exist to change how science is seen. To make it approachable, engaging, and unforgettable. And we want you to be part of it.
"I'm not into science"
That’s what most people say — and it’s easy to see why. Communicating science is hard, especially to those who don’t live and breathe it. Scientists put in incredible efforts through festivals, talks, and outreach, but the behind-the-scenes reality rarely reaches the public: the persistence, the struggles, the human side of discovery. That’s the real story — and too often, it goes unseen.
A new approach
We started thinking how we could fill this gap between public audience and science. Then we noticed something simple but powerful: people wear clothes every single day.
So we asked: What if science could be translated into art, and clothes became the medium to carry this art — and the knowledge inside it — into everyday life?
That is how The Shapes Of was born. A way to spread science without lectures, without jargon. Just by wearing it.
Fashion as a canvas.
Art as a code.
Science as the story.
Every collection raises awareness about a specific scientific topic. The illustrations are metaphors — at first they look like art, but hidden inside are clues that reveal a deeper scientific meaning and pathways.
Our first drop? A cake. Playful on the outside, powerful on the inside. A symbol for Glycogen Storage Diseases (GSDs), a rare and often overlooked metabolic disorder.
We support science and its scientists
This brand is not just about clothes. It’s about science. That’s why a portion of every profit goes straight back to early-stage researchers — to support the work that deserves to be seen and celebrated.
